1. General

Al-Sarih Organics provides natural, organic and related consumer products through our online store. We reserve the right to update product information, prices, availability and these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, ingredients, weights and prices are accurate. However, slight differences in product appearance, color, packaging or labeling may occur.

Natural products such as honey, desi ghee, oils and other organic products may naturally vary in color, texture, aroma and consistency. Such variations do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product.

3. Prices & Offers

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices, discounts, promotional offers and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

A promotional discount cannot be combined with another discount unless specifically stated.

4. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, delivery address and other required information when placing an order.

After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer through phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery details.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, incomplete information, suspected fraudulent activity or other legitimate reasons.

5. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service and other circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier issues, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow our applicable return or exchange policy.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or significantly different from the product ordered, please contact Al-Sarih Organics as soon as possible with the order details and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

Return or exchange requests will be reviewed according to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

9. Product Usage & Responsibility

Customers should use products according to the product instructions and information provided on the packaging or website.

Al-Sarih Organics is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alteration or use of a product contrary to its intended purpose.

10. Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are sourced and prepared with a focus on quality and purity. Because many of our products are natural, their taste, aroma, color, texture and consistency can vary from batch to batch.

These natural variations are part of the character of natural products.

11. Website Content

All website content, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, belongs to or is used by Al-Sarih Organics unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior permission.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, customers agree that the information provided may be used for order processing, delivery, customer support and other legitimate business purposes.
